1. What should I bring to the retreat?

We recommend bringing comfortable yoga attire, a yoga mat, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, toiletries, any personal medications, and a journal for reflection. We’ll provide all necessary yoga props and equipment.


2. Are beginners welcome?

Absolutely! Our retreat is designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our experienced instructors will tailor sessions to meet your individual needs and abilities.


3. What is included in the cost of the retreat?

The cost includes accommodation, all meals (healthy, locally-sourced), daily yoga sessions, guided meditations, mindfulness workshops, nature walks, evening gatherings, and access to wellness facilities. Optional one-on-one sessions and holistic treatments are available at an additional cost.


4. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat.

5. How do I get to the retreat location?

Answer: The retreat is held in the Mojave Desert. Detailed directions and transportation options will be provided upon booking. We offer a shuttle service from the nearest airport for an additional fee.


6. Are meals included and what dietary options are available?

Answer: Yes, all meals are included. We offer a variety of healthy, locally-sourced meals and can accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and others. Please inform us of any dietary needs when you book.


7. Can I attend alone or do I need to come with a friend?

Answer: You are welcome to attend alone or with friends. Many participants come alone and find it a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and form new connections.


8. What activities are available during free time?

Answer: During your free time, you can explore the beautiful desert surroundings, relax in our wellness facilities, meditate in our serene spaces, or simply rest and rejuvenate. Optional holistic treatments and one-on-one sessions are also available for an additional fee.
